She has built a widely accepted reputation as trustworthy, tenacious and fearlessly dedicated to the success of her clients. Helena has developed and maintains a uniquely creative and consistent servicing technique that includes shaping long-term plans as well as overseeing daily affairs, negotiating contracts, securing job opportunities, and introducing clients to industry executives.

With over ten years of experience, her clients have appeared on television networks such as ABC, PBS, CBS, NBC, FOX, USA, HBO, BET, FREEFORM, BOUNCETV, NETFLIX, OWN, AMAZON PRIME and COMEDY CENTRAL. They’ve booked TV shows such as QUEEN OF THE SOUTH, NCIS, FILTHY RICH, BEING MARY JANE, PARTY OF FIVE, SAINTS & SINNERS, HOLLYWOOD, SESAME STREET, GREENLEAF, INSECURE, GODCOMPLX and CRIMINAL MINDS. Her clients have also appeared in films alongside Kevin Costner, Denzel Washington, Forest Whitaker, Kevin Hart, Mark Wahlberg, Ashley Benson, Anthony Mackie, Octavia Spencer, Jessica Roth, Spike Lee and Alfre Woodard to name a few.

She is a member of the Talent Managers Association and has appeared as a public speaker on many national platforms.

Prior to becoming a manager, Helena assisted high-level Talent Agents at the world-renowned Endeavor Agency, formerly known as WME, as well as Talent Managers at a small boutique management firm. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Africana Studies from Simmons University in 2007 in Boston, MA. While in college, she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

 Ever-expanding her portfolio, Helena also owns and operates, HFA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, a successful real estate company that operates across multiple states.

 She enjoys volunteering for nonprofits, listening to music, spending time with loved ones, being outdoors, traveling and wine tasting.
